In 2000, Constable Sandra Mattson of the RCMP had an idea for a unique fundraiser in support of Special Olympics Manitoba. The Polar Plunge started with only a few brave plungers and has grown to well over 100 in the last few years.
This is a great event to support the athletes of Special Olympics Manitoba.
